Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before submitting your artwork.

All artwork must be original and the work of the submitting artist.

All artwork must be framed. Clip frames will not be accepted. Artwork must also be fitted with secure hanging fixings and be ready for display.

Artists should remove all protective wrapping when delivering their artwork and take it home with them. Please bring the wrapping back on collection day so your artwork can be safely rewrapped before transport.

Every effort will be made to care for artwork during the exhibition, but submissions are made at the artist's own risk. We recommend that private cover be arranged.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse any artwork that is unsuitable for display or does not meet the exhibition requirements.

By submitting your artwork, you give permission for images of your work to be used to promote the exhibition in print, online and on social media.

If all your artwork is sold, no need to collect, payment will be made within 30 days of the exhibition.

Any paintings sold, 20% of the sale will go to The Arthur Rank Hospice. The remaining 80% will be retained by the artist.

Unsold artwork must be collected during the advertised collection times. Monday 9th November.
